Before anything is printed or mailed you will be contacted by a customer service representative for a personal review of your job, mailing list, and artwork. You’ll have the chance to discuss your goals for your mailing and ask questions.

Yes! Whether you submitted finished artwork or are having us design it, we will always send a digital proof for your approval before printing. Even art that was submitted already completed may need adjustments for printing and mailing. Nothing will be produced without your approval. Be sure to check your email for your digital proof!

• Targeted: The List is refined by selected criteria (demographics) and sent to those specific individuals.

• Non-Profit Organizations: Get a special discounted postage rate – use your mailing permit or ours!

A spreadsheet with your customers’ names and addresses is a good place to start, ideally separated by name, street address, city, state, and zip. We can help your with your list, remove duplicates, and also check for moves using USPS National Change of Address data (NCOA).

Absolutely! Just like when you see the same commercial multiple times on TV, repetition is key to marketing success. We recommend sending every 3-4 weeks. Your message is reinforced, and prospective customers become more familiar with your brand while current customers are given incentive to return.

Informed Delivery is a free service offered by the Post Office that emails the postal customer a preview of each day’s mail. Typically, the incoming mail is shown as a black and white scanned image.

When you add Informed Delivery advertising to your mailing campaign, the postal customer will receive an email including a full color image of your postcard (rather than a gray scan) as well as a smaller clickable ad below. This ad directs back to your website, making it easy for recipients to interact with your mailer online and access information, special offers or sign-up pages relevant to your postcard!
